Challenge

Challenge

#01
A complex system, frustrated drivers

The existing logistics system was complex and inefficient, and its users paid the price. Drivers with very different levels of digital literacy dealt with confusion and friction every day.

#02
Ambiguous requirements, many stakeholders

There was no clear spec and plenty of voices pulling in different directions. The work itself needed structure before the product could get any.

Research

Research

I interviewed 20+ technicians across the U.S. and audited how Uber and Wolt onboard their workforce. Among users who reached advanced stages: uncertainty whether the process was even complete, confusion about next steps, and a strong preference for finishing over the phone. A clear signal the product wasn't carrying them through.

Solution

Solution

Shipment details now live in a single view. Onboarding cues are personalized, guidance appears in context for every literacy level, and the navigation screen was stripped of visual noise so the driver's focus stays on the road.

Outcome

Outcome

Persistent input labels and contextual guidance reduced mistakes during order creation, and a quieter map keeps drivers focused on the active delivery. The redesign laid the foundation for a simpler, more efficient driver experience across the fleet.
